Jean Part of my routine tonight was training biceps.I saw the Swiss ball preachers curl from mh big book of exercises.Gee doing it on a Swiss ball is totally different.It really does test the strength & range of motion of your biceps & joints.

No I haven't tried that yet Nick only with deadlifts & wide-grip pullups.I agree that it makes the exercise harder & I read an article in mh that thicker grip can help you recruit more muscle fibers & stronger grip & forearm strength.In my experience,I get more "pump" using reverse barbell curl.

Matt Cologna Anyone receiving books from Rodale that they didn't order can go to www.rodalereturn.com and it gives you instructions to print a pre-paid lable to send it back so you don't have to pay shipping. I'd also call customer service and tell them you don't want to receive any books or promotional materials in the future just... to be safe. Rodale turned me over to a credit collection agency after I didn't pay for a book I didn't order, and MH turned me over to a credit collection agency for not paying for a subscription renewal that I never intended to renew on account of their marketing practices. As a result of my experience and dealings with customer service, I am boycotting the magazine and any related products, which is a shame because I love the content.

Stefan Love the magazine - have been a reader forever - but I HATE your aggressive marketing. Just got a book and bill for $43.84 for a Total Body Health and Fitness Guide that you claim I ordered. You need to rethink that strategy. Made me want to cancel my subscription just on principal alone.
