For a hosted blog (hosted at www.YOURSITE.com);
1)What is the name of your blog?
2) What is the tagline (motto or catch phrase)?
3) Do you have a logo? Can you attach it as a jpeg?
4) Please include a description of what you’d like your blog to accomplish.
5) Please send me the top 5 domain names that you would prefer. Please be aware that I may have to choose from .com, .org, .net, .biz, .info, etc. in order to get you the name you want. I may also have to vary it slightly, but will do so as little as possible.
Once I have all of that information then I can complete your blog setup.
