Jimmy-Patty Quarles Taco Bell needs to redesign the bag that the nachos are put it. They are open which is not sanitary and can be contaminated with anything that touches them. Just got the worse nachos ever at Lenoir City TN Taco Bell. The nachos smelled like chemicals and tasted bitter. Needless to say only took one bite and spit it out.
